Did you complete the photo scavenger hunt? What kind of fun pictures were you able to capture? Did you do all your photos at school or did you do some at home over the weekend? Share one of your favorites.I finished the photo scavenger hunt. All of the pictures I took were at school because I didn't have time to work on it over the weekend. They are all different, just probably not as interesting as other peoples if they took theirs over the weekend. My favorite one that I took was the one of Maggie's hands folded on her side. I think this one is my favorite because I can probably edit it to be really cool.

What do you know about photography and/or photo editing? Do you take photos? How do you take photos? Do you edit photos before posting them on social media? How do you edit them? Explain any background or knowledge you have about photography and photo editing. Do you like it? Do you have any interest?
Photography is used by many people in many different ways. I use photography daily. I may not use a high- tech camera but I use my phone to take pictures of a variety of different things. Me and my friends, scenery, snap chats, family, and etc. These are few of many of the things I personally take pictures of. When I post pictures on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or etc. I really only edit them if they need to be edited. If I edit pictures I usually crop it, change the lighting, and sometimes I put a filter on the image. I love photography, I wish I would have taken a photo class but I didn't so I try to take pictures and be artsy with the knowledge I know already. I would like to learn how to properly edit pictures to make them look good and not edited.

Welcome back! Go ahead. Tell me all about your Spring Break. Include photos!
During Spring Break, I did a variety of things. I didn't go to a beach or to Mexico but I still had a good time. For majority of the time, I hung out with my sister, my mom let us use her car a couple days during the week, which being able to drive a car is nice. I hung out with some friends and then on Thursday, I went to The Lake of the Ozarks with a friend that goes here. We stayed at her mom and step dad house. We went mudding, fishing, snagging-basically fishing, your fishing hook is on the bottom of the lake because that is where the spoonbill are. Spring break 2015 is defiantly one to remember.

What are you doing for Spring Break?
For spring break I am going to stay home and just hang out with my friends that stayed here and my sisters. I went on my senior trip last week and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I am hoping to catch up on school and I would like to get into a good book. But its also my senior spring break so I would like to do something fun, which I'm sure I will.

Tell me about your weekend.
Tell me about your weekend.
My weekend was pretty boring. Friday, I hung out with some friends and we drove around and listened to music. That was probably the only fun thing I did over the weekend. Saturday I worked and then came home and attempted to work on my senior speech. TO ALL UNDERCLASSMEN: TAKE CONTEMP. IT WILL BE THE BEST DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE! Sunday, I went to work and after that I came home to work on my senior speech, again... I got off work at 9 p.m. I had to come home and try to write and memorize it. I hate talking in front of people, especially people I know. But to the juniors becoming seniors next year: if you take ELA 12 next year and have to write your own senior speech, take time to think about what you want to write about, know what you are talking about, and be you. Unfortunately, I didn't take the senior speech seriously, but you can or you can take the easy way out and take contemp. That was my weekend, stressing over the senior speech.

If you were the Principal for a week at BVHS, what would that look like? What changes would you make? Why?
If I was the principal at BVHS for a week I would change multiple things. These things include: the dress code, some of the rules regarding going to any sport events, and less homework. For the dress code I think if kids were able to wear what they wanted they would hate school a little less. When I say they can wear whatever they want I mean they have to be wearing clothes. Some of the girls wear shirts that show their back and that's the kind of thing I wouldn't care about because it really is not harming anyone.I think the administrators take the dress code to far and some of the clothes people wear are how students express themselves, and I don't think that should be taken away from anyone. There are a lot of rules when we go to sports events for school. A lot of the times when kids cheer, they get yelled at for yelling something inappropriate. But I think the administers take it way to far sometimes. The last thing I would change is having less homework. We as teenagers deal with a lot. Some may not but a lot of us have a job, a lot of us have to write papers on papers, and I guess some of us just don't like homework. But having less homework would be beneficial for most students because instead of spending time on homework, we can spend time on actually learning the material being taught. I think being principle for a week would be pretty cool but also very stressful because high school is FULL of bratty teenagers.

My weekend was actually a long one, I missed the whole week of school because I went on a cruise with my friend and her family for our senior trip. My friends mom couldn't get one during my Spring Break so we went a couple weeks earlier. The cruise was through Carnival and we stopped at four places: The Bahamas, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk. Holy moley, the islands were gorgeous! On the cruise boat there was plenty to do. There was a huge pool and we always tried to get out there as earlier as we could so we wouldn't miss the sun. We went to dinner every night and we had the same waiters all week so they knew our names, they knew what we wanted to drink; they knew everything. Our waiters were from all over the country and they all had their own uniqueness to them. In the evening after dinner we would go to a club for people 18 years and up. We had a good time for the most part other than the DJ playing the same songs over and over again. We went to a couple comedy shows they had which were hilarious. My favorite thing about being on the cruise boat was the unlimited ice cream cones.. We had at least three a day. In the Bahamas, me and Kierstens family swam with dolphins and sting-rays, that was defiantly the coolest thing I've ever done. The water was soooo gorgeous! I have always wanted to see clear blue water and I was finally able too.In San Juan we went to the beach, the wind was crazy and blew sand everywhere. The waves were not too big but a good size to have a good time.
I would love to go on another cruise sometime because WOW, I had the best time of my life!
